Fill your heart with cherry jelly

Almond honey hearts filled with cherry jelly.

Recipe:
I took my autumn leaves recipe and changed it a bit, because I really liked the consistency of them. So here it is:

You need:

350 g flour
150 g freshly ground almonds
100 ml of acacia honey
140 g butter
1 tea spoon baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
40-50 g powdered sugar
pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients. Put a little more flour in if it is too sticky. Put the dough in the fridge for two hours. Then cut the cookies and bake them for 7-10 minutes around 180 °C. Warm the cherry jelly, put it on the full heart cookie and put the part with the heart shaped hole on top. You can powder them with sugar, but I think it is better to powder the cookies with the hole first and then stick them together. Otherwise the jelly in the middle is not that pretty anymore.
Enjoy.
