Clementine Jam

I took 400g of clementines, peeled them and removed skin (at that point I thought "I will never ever do that again! What a stupid, stupid idea!) and 130g of sugar, clementine zest and half a lemon squeezed. Then cooked it for 3-5 minutes and filled it in clean jars. And that it is. Very easy.
And it is delicious and I love the texture and I will have to peel clementines again :D
