This blog is dedicated to my friends who live in different parts of the world. With most of them I just share general information about what happens in my life. Yes, I got a job. Yes, I moved to another city. Yes, I am fine. This is just not enough to provide information about real little things that move and change our character in everyday life. Although that is exactly what we need to keep up our connections. On this blog I would like to share my pictures, recipes, music and book recommendations, you know all this Anna-stuff, and hope you will like it.
And of course we will stay friends forever and one day I will invite you to a huge, great graden party, and we will have fun, and you will have to eat all my canned food, and the cookies (if you like them or not). You know me, I will do that.

Maybe for a very selfish reason M. Kundera described in the novel “The Identity”:
“Friendship is indispensible to man for the proper function of his memory. Remembering our past, carrying it with us always, may be the necessary requirement for maintaining, as they say, the wholeness of the self. To ensure that the self doesn’t shrink, to see that it holds on to its volume, memories have to be watered like potted flowers, and the watering calls for regular contact with the witnesses of the past, that is to say, with friends. They are our mirror, our memory: we ask nothing of them but that they polish the mirror from time to time so we can look at ourselves in it.”
But I also encourage you to use me as a mirror as well.

Ahhhh, mein Delon... Liebste Anna, ja, der Film war sehr schön. Erst letztes Jahr entdeckte ich ihn und schaute es mir auf arte an. Dabei wollte ich selbst bald ein Musikvideo posten, in dem es Ausschnitte mit Delon incl. aus einem anderen Streifen gibt. Also bald:)
ReplyDeletePS Ich glaube, du hast irgendwo angegeben, dass du "300 Days of Summer" sehen wolltest. Was für Zufall, ich habe es mir im September angeschaut, vollkommen per Zufall bin ich darauf gekommen. Als der Sommer bereits vorbei war... Es war für mich ein Erlebnis und ging mir sehr nah... Schau es dir unbedingt an!
