150 ml cream, 150 yogurt, 300-400g raspberries (fresh or frozen), 60 g sugar, ½ vanilla pod or 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 table spoon lemon juice
I have a very simple ice machine. I have to put it 24 hours in the fridge. Then I have to prepare the ice cream mix 12 hours ahead. Then I add the ice cream mix and after 45 min it is ready.
Just puree the raspberries and put them through a sieve to get rid of the seeds, add vanilla, sugar and yoghurt and then add whipped cream. So that's it.
Next time I want to try making mango ice cream and reduce cream to 100ml, just to see what happens...

I love your recipes...and my icecream maker is already in the freezer, but I'm always so impatient about letting the mixture 'rest' in the refrigerator!!!
ReplyDeleteLooking at this amazing ice-cream makes me want to buy an ice-cream machine so badly!
ReplyDelete@smilla4blogs: Oh yes, I know it is quite a matter of timing. But it's worth it!! :)
ReplyDelete@vanillawater: Hello Alessandra! :) It is a great purchase and definitely worth it. Mine was just 20 euros :)
